The Table top SILVA consists of a core made of sturdy beech laminate with a high-quality oak veneer surface (PU-sealed). This construction is more dimensionally stable than solid wood alone—no swelling, no cracking—and does not require regular oiling or waxing. Ideal for heavy-duty use in restaurants and residential settings.
Yes—the surface is smudge-resistant, safe for food contact, and particularly durable under heavy use. No need for time-consuming oiling or waxing. WERZALIT offers a 5-year warranty, even for commercial use.
The table top is available in different sizes, which can be customized as required.

The surface of the Table top SILVA natur is lacquered. It is coated with a clear PU lacquer, making it very low-maintenance.
SILVA can be easily cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. For more thorough cleaning: apply warm water with a mild detergent, wipe evenly, and dry immediately. Do not allow water to stand on the surface. On SILVA natur, scratches can be touched up with PU G30 clear coat.
Thanks to the PU coating, the surface of the Table top SILVA is durable and scratch-resistant. In addition, the HPL decorative paper surface of the SILVA decor version offers additional protection.
The tables with Table top SILVA offer excellent load-bearing capacity thanks to their solid construction and high-quality materials. The table tops made of oak veneer on a stable beech laminate base are extremely robust and resistant to withstand high loads, even with intensive use.
The Table top SILVA and tables are very stable and resilient despite the low material thickness due to the plywood structure.
If a scratch does occur due to heavy impact on the surface, the affected area must be sanded Table top SILVA sand down the affected area and touch up with the appropriate PU G30 clear lacquer to restore the same surface finish as before.
The table top is designed for indoor use. If it is used outdoors, it must be protected from direct sunlight and the effects of the weather.
SILVA natur features a real oak wood veneer surface with visible grain—in Oak Elegance (fine) or Oak Rustic (distinct). SILVA dekor features a matte HPL decorative paper surface in four subtle shades for a more understated look.
